This ownership extends to all content created by freelance consultants, AI tools, or third-party partners working under GradBrew’s direction or contractual engagement.
3. Limited License to Clients and Visitors
GradBrew grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to:
- Clients to use their personalized deliverables (e.g., SOPs, essays, CVs) only for their own admissions, scholarship, or job applications.
- Visitors and prospective clients to access website and promotional content solely for personal, non-commercial informational use.
You may not copy, share, reproduce, modify, publish, sublicense, or create derivative works from our content unless you receive explicit written permission from GradBrew.
4. Consultant and AI Contributions
All work product, including AI-assisted drafts, consultant-edited documents, and feedback, remains the property of GradBrew even if personalized to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Use of AI tools is supervised and controlled by GradBrew and forms part of a proprietary workflow. Clients do not receive rights to underlying models, templates, or structure suggestions beyond personal use.
5. Use Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Copy, download, publish, distribute, or publicly display any GradBrew content without prior written consent
- Resell or repurpose any part of your deliverables for third parties, coaching centers, or competing services
- Scrape or harvest website content, templates, or article data for reuse
- Translate, annotate, or modify GradBrew content and pass it off as your own
- Submit content created with GradBrew’s help (in part or whole) to competitions, platforms, or databases claiming it as original without attribution or consent
Violation of these terms may result in service termination, legal action, and liability for damages, including injunctions, loss of business, and reputational harm.
6. Fair Use & Public References
GradBrew supports responsible citation and limited non-commercial sharing under the following conditions:
